This week brings us an incredible amount of greens.
Check it out. That’s pea shoots, baby kale, and arugula down the left hand side and a big head of lettuce on the right. I promise I will finally post those salads I’ve been making but never photographing.
And just a little more. Swiss chard (I’m thinking this pasta dish), scallions (half for salads, half for scones), and radishes for snacking. What are you making this week?
