Say hello to all the beautiful green things.
This week’s CSA basket was a lovely monochrome. Good news is that I have a million ideas of what to do with all this green. Bad news is that we’re only going to be in town for 3 days this week, meaning it’s highly unlikely we’ll be able to eat it all.
We’re heading to Sonoma and Napa on Thursday and dropping Theo and any remaining vegetables off in Milwaukee with grandparents. Then we’re jetting off to wine country with a few friends. Feeling pretty fabulous saying that.
But before the wine, here’s what I’m thinking for dinner.
