I could die happy with this CSA basket.
My love for eggplant has no bounds, so much so, that picked up more at the market yesterday than what we got in the CSA. I’ll be testing a few recipe ideas over the next week or so. What a weekend though—the weather is perfection, there’s so much going on in the city, and Theo’s new favorite game is running a sausage shop and serving me fake meals, all of which cost $5.
