I’m loving all the gnarly root vegetables that are starting to pop up.
This CSA basket has some incredible colors too: purple daikons and turnips, bright orange squash and the most twisted, knotty carrots I have ever seen. And still, the tomatoes are happening. It doesn’t get much better than this.
Our weekend was jam packed with family visits, our annual cheese party (more on that to come), and a wedding. With all these beauties sitting in the fridge/counter for the weekend, I’m excited to dive in. Here’s what I’m dreaming of this week:
